A persistent Python script: it runs the task at startup and then follows the 5-field cron schedule in SCHEDULE (UTC).

    Get the values you'll need

This template needs one variable: SCHEDULE. Here's exactly how to get each one.

    SCHEDULE
    1. Enter a 5-field cron schedule: minute, hour, day of month, month, day of week. Times use UTC.
    2. Examples: */15 * * * * — every 15 minutes; 0 9 * * * — every day at 9:00 UTC; 0 * * * * — every hour.
    3. The job runs once immediately on startup, then on its schedule. The container must stay running between executions.
    4. Not sure how to write your own? Open crontab.guru — it builds a schedule visually and explains what it means.
  3. 3

    Deploy it

Click the button below — it opens the templates page with this template already selected. If it needs variables, paste the values from the step above and click Deploy.

    Deploy "Cron Python Script"

Deploy usually takes 20–40 seconds. The project status appears in your dashboard and switches to "running" once it's ready.

  4. 4

    Check that it works

This template has no web address — it runs in the background. Wait the interval you set in SCHEDULE, then open the project's Logs — you should see an entry showing it ran.

This type of project has no web address of its own — that's expected, not an error.

  5. 5

    Something not working?

Open the project page in your dashboard → Logs tab — it shows the exact reason (wrong token, code error, missing variable). Still stuck? Contact support right from your dashboard, or via the Telegram bot with /support.
