Hermes Agent
Hermes Agent — a self-improving AI agent from Nous Research: it "learns" from its own activity over time, has memory, and can run scheduled tasks. Also the real project from their GitHub, not our own build.

Get the values you'll need
This template needs 3 variables: OPENROUTER_API_KEY, TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS. Here's exactly how to get each one.
One-tap Hermes deployment is temporarily unavailable while we verify its upstream container against Deployka isolation. Do not buy a plan specifically for this template until verification is complete.
OPENROUTER_API_KEY- Open OpenRouter and sign in to your account.
- Create an API key in your account settings and copy it.
- Paste the key into OPENROUTER_API_KEY. Hermes uses it to make model requests.
Keep the key in ENV, not source code. Model requests are billed separately by OpenRouter.
TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS- Open @userinfobot or @get_id_bot in Telegram and send /start.
- Copy the numeric ID it returns (not your @username) into TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS.
- To allow multiple people, enter their numeric IDs separated by commas.
Keep access restricted. Do not use *: it allows anyone to message the bot.

Deploy it
Click the button below — it opens the templates page with this template already selected. If it needs variables, paste the values from the step above and click Deploy.
Deploy "Hermes Agent"Deploy usually takes 20–40 seconds. The project status appears in your dashboard and switches to "running" once it's ready.

Check that it works
After it starts, find the bot by its @BotFather username and send /start. If it does not reply, verify the model key, TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, and your TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS in project settings.
- Upstream Hermes needs a model key such as OPENROUTER_API_KEY. One-tap deployment in Deployka is not yet available; it does not run Hermes’ interactive model-selection wizard.
- Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather and set TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN.
- Set your numeric Telegram ID in TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS so only approved users can talk to the agent.
- The upstream container needs persistent writable storage at /opt/data and user-permission bootstrap. Compatibility with Deployka isolation is still being verified.
This is an experimental template. One-click deployment is temporarily disabled until the gateway command, bootstrap permissions, and persistent disk are verified. Deployka RAM limits still apply; model API usage is billed separately by its provider.
This type of project has no web address of its own — that's expected, not an error.

Something not working?
Open the project page in your dashboard → Logs tab — it shows the exact reason (wrong token, code error, missing variable). Still stuck? Contact support right from your dashboard, or via the Telegram bot with /support.
