Telegram Bot + SQLite

Same as "Telegram Bot", but with its own small SQLite database so it can remember data between messages. Put the DB file under /data/… (persistent) or /tmp/… — the app disk is read-only.

  1. 1

    Sign up on Deployka

If you don't have an account yet — create one in 30 seconds: email and password.

    Create an account →
  2. 2

    Get the values you'll need

This template needs one variable: BOT_TOKEN. Here's exactly how to get each one.

    BOT_TOKEN
    1. Open Telegram — phone or desktop, doesn't matter.
    2. Search for @BotFather and open it — this is Telegram's official bot for creating bots.
    3. Send it the command /newbot.
    4. It will ask for a name — type anything, e.g. "My First Bot". This is just the display name.
    5. Then it asks for a username — it must end in "bot", e.g. my_first_helper_bot. If it's taken, try another.
    6. BotFather sends back a long string like 123456789:AAHf3x... — that's your token. Select and copy the whole thing.
    7. Paste that token into the BOT_TOKEN field on Deployka.

Never share this token with anyone — it grants full control over your bot.

  3. 3

    Deploy it

Click the button below — it opens the templates page with this template already selected. If it needs variables, paste the values from the step above and click Deploy.

    Deploy "Telegram Bot + SQLite"

Deploy usually takes 20–40 seconds. The project status appears in your dashboard and switches to "running" once it's ready.

  4. 4

    Check that it works

Open Telegram, find the bot and send /start a few times in a row — the counter in its reply should go up, which means the database works.

This type of project has no web address of its own — that's expected, not an error.

  5. 5

    Something not working?

Open the project page in your dashboard → Logs tab — it shows the exact reason (wrong token, code error, missing variable). Still stuck? Contact support right from your dashboard, or via the Telegram bot with /support.
