Bolt generates UI fast, but often without a lockfile, migrations, or a clear start command.
Common pain
- Build fails on Node version / missing env
- No package-lock
- API routes cannot find DATABASE_URL

Production checklist
- Commit a lockfile
- Run Deploy Doctor → download Deploy Pack
- Verify package.json build / start scripts
- Move secrets into env
- Smoke-test locally: npm ci && npm run build
